In very exciting news, Mischa picked up the final certificates to become a Neuter Champion. I really do love this girl, and now that she's hormone free, and has put on a lot more coat she's just a dreamboat.
I think after the Summer months we will have to look into our next challenge, and i think it will be Rally Obedience. Reportedly a more forgiving style of Obedience for both dog and handler.
From an early morning drive to Sydney on Friday morning to a very warm weekend of shows, Summer has landed at home and now finally gets a chance to settle in. Her first few days were very busy. She got home and met all the dogs. Mischa and Dolce were quicker to warm to her than i had anticipated and after the weekend they were all running together. She does have a cheeky habit of swooping in to take Dolce's food, leaving him open mouthed and dumbstruck but she's learning the rules pretty quickly. 4 Lappies is a whole lot of fluff, but it thrills me to see them all playing together happily and getting along. Photos will be in the Gallery soon.
The horns came out this weekend. Titan was a cheeky little devil in the ring the first day of this show weekend. Its only his 2nd weekend of showing so i guess it was to be expected. i since think i've worked it out and he can't have bait in the ring, because he gets all silly for it.
Was a really nice 3 days of showing with Shell and the wonderful Veikko (Ch Armahani Diamond Dansut (AI)) as well as Kate with her cute Japanese Spitz visitor, Levi who was also out for some show socialisation. The weather was all over the place and we didnt win anything significant but it was good to be able to continue to get Titan accustomed to shows. He is the most chilled and laid back puppy. He even had a photo shoot with MG Studios.
