To say i'm excited about this litter is a whopping understatement.

Everyone knows i adore Anarchy and i met Hiro's sister and got to give her big pats and cheek scritches at World Dog Show in 2025.
I'd been watching that litter since before they were born and wasn't disappointed. Hiro and his sister Hertta are stunning Finnish Lapphunds. I adore them and i'm so happy to have a small piece of them here.

Hiro is a sweet, moderate dog with a striking face and gorgeous dark eyes. He's happy to just be there and though retired from the show ring, his progeny are still out and giving a good account of themselves across the world. His mother is a strong, solid girl with some old favourites in her pedigree. His dad, I actually tried to collect years ago but was unsuccessful.
Hiro sired a litter for us 5 years ago and those pups have grown up to be adorable, sweet, people-focused adults. I'm really pleased with how lovely they are so i'm hoping he can do the same with Anarchy this time.

Anarchy is my superstar. She's an attention seeker and problem solver extraordinaire. Unless its getting the peanut butter at the bottom of the jar. For this, she enlists my help. One of the many fun activities we do together. Yes, i'm joking. But we do do plenty of fun things together. She's also scaled a fence over 6 ft high when properly motivated and leaves the kitchen anytime I turn on the rangehood after 2 experiences with the smoke alarms being set off were tied to the stove being used. She connects dots my other dogs just don't notice. When i'm using power tools under the trees she gets excited thinking i'll disturb the possum. The first times were because I was cutting branches on those trees. But now she anticipates the possum and will sit under the tree and hope.

We've taken her herding and she shows real instinct, and while she loves hunting lizards in the garden and keeping a watchful eye on intruders to the property, she would also gently herd our chickens back inside their fencing if they escaped. She knows the difference between pets and interlopers. This has extended to the neighbours alpacas who are also 'family' though she does enjoy moving their sheep around the paddocks. She loves to run fast, use her nose and her brain. She's a wonderful girl and I'm lucky to have her in my life.

She's done exceptionally well in the show ring, especially given how lightly she's shown. She was awarded Best in Show at the Finnish Lapphund club Specialty Show in 2022 and has taken quite a few placements in the Working Dog lineup. She's also been awarded her Australian Champion title, her Asia, Africa and Oceania title and her International Champion title. She can do it all.
She's really had a lot go against her in her short 6.5 years, but she's living her best life and reminds me regularly not to take life so seriously
This is her final litter.

I had quite a waitlist for our next litter which was supposed to be Autumn back in early November. But when she wasn't pregnant some of those families impatiently went elsewhere.
I knew they had potential but when that special boy was born I was really torn. Fortunately a friend stepped up and he's safely tucked away with Alice. He'll be shown and likely available at stud once he's old enough and had his health checks.
